The things you say to your kids...Maggie and Ellie had a great time at the 4th of July parade. They got lots of candy and beads and one particularly ugly bouncing eyeball. It is the size of a golfball and was thrown from a parade float that was sponsored by an optometrist (of course!). Well, Maggie left her bag of goodies in Nonny's room and since she was already asleep by the time that we were going to bed....hence the "No Maggie, you cannot sleep with your eyeball."

aww, the things kids play with. when i was their age, i too would have loved a bouncing eyeball! (in fact, i'd probably even play with one now!)
